Human Resource and Project Manager
As the Human Resource and Project Manager, Amaris is primarily responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to the team. Her duties include developing recruitment strategies, onboarding new employees and supporting the partners on strategic initiatives. She is also responsible for developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure team members understand their role responsibilities.
Prior to joining the Lerner Group, Amaris worked for JP Morgan Chase. She began her career as a teller and quickly earned the role of assistant branch manager. In her 13-year tenure with the company, she supported M&A integrations, was a certified trainer for new employees and developed process improvements to enhance adherence to compliance standards. Amaris graduated from DeVry University with bachelor's degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting.
Amaris and her husband have two children, Kayla and Jaime. In her spare time, Amaris loves to run and explore the outdoors. She is a regular finisher of 8k and 10k races and is an aspiring marathon runner.
