Bill Kica: As Director of Business Strategy, Bill is leading The Lerner Group’s strategic growth initiatives. This includes strategic expansion opportunities via geographic expansion as well as selective strategic partnership alliances, mergers & acquisitions.
Bill comes to the Lerner Group with over 30 years of experience directing business planning and new business development functions in the financial services, consumer packaged goods, automotive, retail and capital equipment industries with leading Fortune 500 firms. Prior to joining The Lerner Group, Bill was an Area Sales Manager at Morgan Stanley in Chicago. He led his area to an all-time growth record with over 100 financial advisors in 9 branch offices.
Bill’s passion is coaching talented individuals and teams. He was one of the founding partners of the Team Performance Group LLC. Coaching is in his blood having served as a former coach, captain and MVP of two NCAA National Championship teams.
Bill achieved the Certified Advanced Corporate Coach (CACC) designation and has held the D.I.S.C. / Work Place Motivators and Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) designations. Bill holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Planning and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. He currently holds the Series 65 license.
In his free time, Bill and his wife Linda enjoy fly-fishing, exotic travel and actively work to find forever homes for rescue dogs.
